As your real estate representative, I’m happy to offer you everything Windermere excels at. The company name itself came from its first office in 1972 in the Windermere neighborhood of Seattle. Since then, we’ve built offices from Hawaii to Wyoming.

And as a present or future citizen of Portland, it may interest you to know we are committed to our neighborhoods through the Windermere Foundation. Since its inception, the Foundation has contributed millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations to fight homelessness. Whether that’s temporary rent assistance, or new school shoes for kids.

In giving to my community I donate a portion of every transaction to the Windermere Foundation. Our current goal is raising funds towards one of the buildings at Portland Hope Meadows that we are sponsoring.

My personal project is a yearly “cookie party” for children at the Parry Center in December. I bring the already baked cookies, sprinkles and icing, and the kids bring their joy and imagination.
